Does my caregiver need an app?
The care page opens in a web browser. Tap with an NFC-compatible phone or scan a QR label with a supported camera or QR app.
What can I use without internet?
The printed care summary gives your caregiver an offline reference. Opening or editing the online page requires internet. Print a fresh summary whenever instructions change.
Who can read or edit the care page?
Anyone with your shared link can read it. Share it with people you trust. Editing requires the owner’s account. Replacing the link stops the old link working; NFC items and QR labels must then be updated.
Is this a GPS tracker or a collar tag?
Pixikey shares everyday care information and does not provide GPS tracking. The bag token is designed for a caregiver’s bag.
Can I order the set now?
We’re developing and testing our first set. Final product photos, pricing, delivery details, and availability will be shared before orders open.
